The Office of Special Investigations (OSI) is a federal law enforcement and counterintelligence agency serving our nation’s Air Force and Space Force. Armed with elite investigative training and state-of-the-art technology, OSI’s special agents pursue justice as they conduct criminal and counterintelligence investigations, and investigate cybercrime and procurement fraud. Agents also specialize in investigative services such as forensics, polygraph, technical operations and digital forensics.
We are seeking recent college graduates, graduating seniors, or those completing advanced degrees for this program. The OSI-PAQ program is designed to develop high- potential candidates into future civilian leaders within OSI. Historically, the selection process has been very competitive, and meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee selection.
QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY
U.S. citizenship required
GPA 2.95 or above
Possess a valid driver’s license
Pass all medical and physical requirements
Ability to obtain Security Clearance (funded by USAF)
Pass rigorous background investigation
All other requirements of the position
FULL-TIME PALACE ACQUIRE (PAQ) PROGRAM PLACEMENT AFTER COLLEGE GRADUATION
A formal 3 year training and career development track
Training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC)
Entry-level Special Agent position conducting OSI investigations and operations
Mentoring provided by experienced special agents
Annual performance-based promotions while in the PAQ program
Placement into a permanent OSI position as a Criminal Investigator after completion of the PAQ program
Civilian agents may volunteer to deploy to overseas locations after completing the PAQ program
