Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) is seeking recent college graduates, graduating seniors, or those pursuing advanced degrees to train as civilian Intelligence professionals in the PALACE Acquire (PAQ) development program.
We’ll train you for a career as an Intelligence Analyst, where you’ll work alongside Airmen using analytic skills, problem-solving techniques, and state-of-the-art technology to solve some of our nation’s most complex challenges.

PCIP QUALIFICATIONS
U.S. citizenship
Full-time undergraduate student (sophomore or junior) or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college or university
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Intelligence, International Relations, Political Science, Economics, History, Engineering, Geography, Geospatial, Foreign Language, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Social or Cultural Anthropology, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or in the Humanities or related fields
GPA 2.95 or above
Ability to obtain Security Clearance funded by Department of Air Force (e.g., Background check)
